Report

LTC ICCRS in Indonesia

Leadership Training Course was held in Villa Bukit Pancawati, Bogor, Indonesia on 22 February – 1 March 2016. This is the first time LTC held in Indonesia. At the beginning we expect around 150 participants from all over Asia Oceania will join this event, but finally only around 100 participants included the Committee attended the course. (God gave the right number of participants, since the class will not be comfortable if we have more than 100 paticipants).

The overseas participants are 3 (three) from UAE (2 priest and 1 lay person), 3 (three) from South Korea (1 religious Brother, 1 religious Sister, 1 lay person), 1 (one) from Timor Leste (East Timor) and 1 (one) Indonesian lay person who lived in Australia, the rest are from all over Diocese in Indonesia. We are very happy since God sent 6 (six) priest participating  and also many young people participating this LTC.

The venue of this LTC is at Villa Bukit Pancawati, around 70 km from Jakarta, it took around 2 (two) hours drive from Jakarta, due to the traffic. Villa Bukit Pancawati is a new building, inaugurated by Bishop of Jakarta in 2015, located in cool place and very beautiful  landscape, very suitable for this LTC. Thanks God for providing such a beautiful place for this LTC.

The program of this LTC is excellent, all the participants feel that all the session given in LTC are very important, and the speakers are very excellent, all the participants were really touched  by the teaching. The topics that they think very useful are Ecclesiology, Life of a Leader – Danger and Pitfalls.  Most of the participants feel it is worth to spend 8 days attending this LTC, they feel that they are burned as the new Pentecost and have a new passion to minister.

The Mass and Holy Hour and reflection also touched most of the participants. Many of them gave testimony that they were healed during Holy Hour and reflection. Some of them who came to LTC with a bunch of problem also were solved when they came back to their office. Praise the Lord!

The pilgrimage to Cathedral in Bogor Diocese held on Thursday 25 Feruary 2016. The Bishop of Bogor, Mgr. Paskalis Bruno Syukur OFM welcome all the participants at the hall and we have Praise & Worship with member of CCR in Bogor. Holy Mass with Bishop and all the LTC participants held in Cathedral, was accompanying by a very beautiful choirs from the students of Regina Pacis School.  After Mass, all the participants were invited to attend a great banquet dinner in a local restaurant owned by one of the CCR member in Bogor. The fellowship with singing and dancing really bring a joyful situation to all participants.

On 29 February 2016, all the participants go to Jakarta to have a Rally in St. James (Santo Yakobus) Church in North Jakarta. Around 2000 people attending this Rally, Michelle Moran was the speaker on this Rally and most of the people can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit during the Rally, especially during the prayer over people.

At the LTC and Rally, the Committee also did fund raising for ICCRS, and praise the Lord we can collect around USD 5,000 at the LTC and around USD 10,000 at the Rally. All the fund will be transferred to ICCRS bank account soon.

As Conclusion, LTC was done excellent, all the participants really satisfied with all the program. Thanks to God our Father who provide everything, so this LTC can go smoothly and full God’s anointing. Thank you to all the Speakers, Mr. James Murphy, Mrs. Michelle Moran, and brother James Sin. Thank you also to ICCRS office who guided us how to run this LTC.

God bless you all!
