Prayer Support for the Universal Church

27 February 2013. The ICCRS Sub-Committee for Intercession, in the person of its Chairman, Cyril John, exhorts the CCR worldwide to mobilise maximum prayer support for the Church at this important phase of its history with the Sede Vacante from 28th February 2013 and the election of the new Pope due in the month of March.

The Synod: A New Pentecost for a New Evangelisation

8 November 2012. The Synod of Bishops on the “New Evangelisation for the transmission of the Christian faith” was an opportunity for the Church to reflect on its more essential mission in our days.

ICCRS new publications are now available at the office

31 October 2012. As we have reported recently—through the website and the Newsletter—, ICCRS has published new books as part of its mission to enrich the CCR worldwide. Since the service of ICCRS is on an international scale, its works are written by international leaders and sometimes they are the result of the dialogue with Vatican dicasteries.

Echoes of the Synod on New Evangelisation

26 October 2012. Following the Synod’s work, we as ICCRS would like to share the interventions of the charismatic auditors to this special meeting. In the same way, we publish the intervention of His Eminence Card. Stanislaw Rylko, President of the Pontifical Council for the Laity, through which he highlights beautifully the work that the movements and the new communities are carrying out by the grace of the Holy Spirit.

CCR members to the Synod on New Evangelisation

28 September 2012. We echo the news that, to the XIII Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops on “The New Evangelisation for the Transmission of the Christian Faith”, which will be held in Vatican from 7 to 28 October 2012, the General Secretary of the Synod, with approval of the Holy Father, has appointed the following people, who active members of the worldwide Catholic Charismatic Renewal in different realities focused on evangelisation.

4 September 2012. Following the process of organisation, systematisation and digitalisation of information and resources stored in our archive, heritage of the CCR, the ICCRS office needs the urgent help of CCR occasional collaborators residing in Rome.

ICCRS Formation Project is stepping forward!

1 August 2012. Responding to the call that Pope John Paul II made in the year 2000 to all movements concerning the urgency and necessity of forming disciples in accordance with the heart of Jesus, ICCRS has developed an international Formation Project for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR) based on the theology of the Holy Spirit and on Charismatic spirituality.
