Office Director

Oreste Pesare

Oreste Pesare was born in Foggia in 1960. He married Nunzia in 1988 and now they have three children: Giovanni, Serena and Andrea. He met the Charismatic Renewal in 1984 through a strong spiritual experience with God that changed his life completely.

Following the Lord’s guide, and with the support of his Comunità Magnificat – an Italian Covenant Community of which he has been the President for many years – in 1991 he decided to leave his job in order to work full-time for the Lord on a volunteer basis. During three years, while he spent most of his time preaching, Oreste and his family experienced the extraordinary power of Providence as they witnessed countless marvels of all sorts, small miracles as well as big ones.

In 1993, he was called by the Archbishop of Foggia to assist him as his personal secretary for about three years. The experience of serving so closely an Apostle of the Church was really for him a strong enrichment that brought Oreste to a special love for the Church. Actually he is the editor of "Venite e Vedrete" ("Come and See"), an Italian magazine serving Charismatic Covenant Communities.

He has been the director of ICCRS since 1996.
